Combined Challenge 06
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Over the weekend the Swedish Armed Forces put their skills to the test in a peacekeeping/urban warfare exercise named "Combined Challenge". A large part of this exercise took place in the middle of the capitol, Stockholm, not very popular with the residents. Some pics with armor/tracked/wheeled content:

The secret weapon is deployed A Leo II on a military bridge: German troops added an international element: A pbv302: A bgbv120 (a modified Leo II based BPz3 BÃƒÂ¼ffel) and pbv302's:
