Post subject: Alienware succumb to Dell

Done deal.

Dell have bought up Alienware.

This morning, it's been confirmed that the deal has been done.

Although some news outlets published details of a Dell denial last week, we quite rightly pointed out that the Dell statement was rather short of a categorical denial, and it seems we were right.

Just as Alienware start shipping systems with the new PhysX cards as well.

lol

[edited my original post to include relevant links and a bit more info]

I would still urge everyone to Build Their Own.
