Well, the 11thCavNam website had him on the roster...and I tracked his city of record and on a gamble, searched on anywho. Already spoken with his wife by telephone and she's "setting him up" for a call tomorrow.

Boy, is he going to be surprized when he checks his email tonight! (I have about six pics of him in the field with the troop, and he probably doesn't have any). He's also the one who took any pics of me on "Head Shoppe", using my camera.

He did 20 years and retired from the Army, then left the medical field.

I'll keep ya' updated....

Well, I spoke with our G Troop medic this morning and sent him a mess o' links and pics of our former "home"...."Medicine Man's Head Shoppe" (he being the "Medicine Man").

He's well and kicking and doing construction/escort stuff for the complex at NORAD in Colorado Springs, after retiring with 20 years in the Army in various medical specialties, which he decided to leave behind. (In an ironic twist, I only came INTO the medical field after I'd been out of the service for 17 years).

He's not a prolific 'net surfer like we are, but I'm hoping he'll register and join us here. He's got some pics of his own and contact with some of the other G Troopers out there, since he's been going to reunions. I'll try to get some of their shots up here or at VHPA if I can get my greedy hands on their pixels.

You goin' to the reunion in K.C. this year, Roy?
