The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Yes, please, as we discussed in PM's. With pics this large, apart from the scrolling, it kills the guys on dialup who can't even access the text to scroll around in. If you would, please resize the pic in your photo editor and repost it.

I should also mention for others that too many large file size pics (hi resolution, regardless of dimension) in a thread can exceed the page load memory of some of our members' computers...causing them to lock up when they try to view a page. If one has a large numbers of pics to post, it can be best to start a second thread to get around that issue. Wink

Call it "Part II" of the original topic or something...

Great photos, thanks for posting them.

Any chance of getting more detail photos posted in your photobucket account of the Historical Vehicle Troop Lynx? I am looking for detail images of the observer's dogleg C-5 mount, the .50 Cal mount, the rear hull, and upper hull.

Where did the Leopard C1 come from? The turret markings look like it is from Gunnery Squadron at the Armoured School.
