I remember time ago I found a site expressely devoted to gauges, but as I wasn't enough interested, I didn't save the link and cannot find it anymore. Only thing, if I'm not wrong, it was somehow connected with another site advertising a proggy for 2d panel design, which I used for Cfs1 - it was a rather common tool, once freeware and later shareware.

Finding this one, maybe can bring to the other one.
Sorry, this is the only thing that I can provide to help.
