1/35 Dora is coming, who's got room for this?
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Post subject: 1/35 Dora is coming, who's got room for this?
Hi Guys-
Over on Track link's industry forum:

there is an announcement that the 1/35 Dora is coming before the end of
2006. One thought occurrs to me, who among us has any room for a kit this large? A place to put the finished kit must be serious consideration, after all, once finished, just getting this beast out the door would be a major and agonizingly ticklish undertaking. So dont take it out the door right? Good plan 'till moving day! I get the giggles just thinking over the logistics involved all the way through such a monumental construction project! Most modellers probably would not be able to fully assemble this kit on their workbench instead, having to assemble the major sub-assemblies and delivering them out to the display area as they are finished with final overall assembly to happen out there. Seriously, think it all through for yourself, its fun!
