Here is a tool that tells you what is really running on your computer. You can use this tool to also find malware that your spyware proggies might miss.

Good stuff! Looks like Proc Explorer grew out of Process Monitor, which grew out of the older File Mon (Monitor) which I"ve been using for a while and is GREAT at finding problems and issues (even for little things like tracing texture problems in FS2004 arcraft)...time to upgrade!
