Unknown (civilian?) rubber-tracked vehicle to identify

Hello Panzer guys Wink

I received this afternoon some pics from a friend, who saw this curious tracked vehicle when going back home. I would like to be sure that this is a civilian vehicle and not a modified military one. The roadwheels show the marking 'BF Goodrich' which makes me think it could be an US vehicle.

Looks to me like the suspension of an M29 Weasel....but the track has been changed.

Thanks Jason for the reply. I compared the two vehicles and you seem to be right, there are M29 Weasel running gear elements on this vehicle. I even didn't thought to compare this vehicle with a Weasel, because I didn't recognized the tracks..
