In these troubled economic times, it's sometimes necessary to augment the revenue stream by renting out a little office space.

HOWEVER, if they are going to continue to be welcome, they're going to have to hone their prose a bit...

Please. That's just hippie-talk for describing a fart. Not difficult to figure out. Although I would have let out the "water" bit....very embarrassing when that occurs, but the hippie community is aging...

By policy, JG300 always encourages and even champions the growth of local commerce in and around the widespread Pigsty area, as we have a direct and very active interest in the economic robustness of the community. Usually on the order of 10% of gross receipts of the businesses in which we have interests to "protect". Cool

Those 30MM shells, AvGas and pallets of beans, tortillas and T.P. that are delivered weekly have to be paid for through some type of enterprise. Not to mention expenses for strawberry plants and the exotic hops, grains and barley used to brew our beloved ale.
