IDF Pattons in Egypt
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

At grid N 30 36.521 E 032 23.459 and N 30 36.518 E 032 23.432 are two former IDF Pattons and also a M113 at a place called Tabet-Al Shagara.

Any idea about the subtype?

Regards,
Lesley

I saw and photographed some Pattons when I visited Egypt - it might be them, but I don't have time to check right now. My manuscript is available as a free download here:
