boy, good thing they didnt have cell phone cameras back in the 70's....

One night bartending at the local rock n roll spot I broke the 'tit' on a sloe gin bottle and it leaked out and left a brighted red stain on front of my white pants before I realized what had happened LOL.... pretty much didnt matter what I said, there were stories...

Father of former girlfriend long ago who was a pharmacist had to come home early one day to compose himself. A patient was trying to relate what he understood was to be the product he required (turpinhydrate with codeine) but with his imperfect comprehension and diction came out as a request "for some of that high-grade turdine". He managed to retreat to the back room for a couple of minutes so as not to embarrass the old man, filled his order and then had to excuse himself for a while so he could collect his composure.

Anyone who has worked in healthcare (myself included) has has similar episodes where maintaining a straight face takes the unnatural strength.
