Three Amigos in Overloon
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

I was willing to bet it was a Caterpillar, it really looks like it. Thank a lot for setting me straight!

I can see that you are more accurate in identifying the models, for example I have an M32B3 where you have it identified as M32A1B3.

Note : the IS-2 is a model 1943, you can add this detail if you wish.

I think I've got that from Michel's PDF or Trevor's website Laughing

I did some research and the International TD18, the Allis-Chalmers and the Cat all bear a freakish resemblance to each other. In fact, commercial versions acquired as artillery prime movers were known under the blanket designation of Heavy Tractor M1.

Michel's PDF also has it as M32B3 - however, M32A1B3 was converted from M32B3 by the addition of HVSS, and this one definitely has HVSS. I've put some notes here to remind myself of the different versions:

If no-one raises an objection I'll add this photo to the contributor pages for Walter and Michel - it's a neat shot.

As long as I keep getting the royalties, it's fine for me

Done - and I'll double the royalties from now on!
