No, it's a modern creation.
The Germans did use Universal Carriers for some conversions, but why would they want to produce a PzI -look a like?

The museum is currently closed becose it is moving. New opening will be April 2013.

I am really not an expert on armored cars, but I bet we have someone here, who is able to identify the vehicle in question.

Maybe I can travel to the museum in the summer and take some photos, although its far away from here.

It tries to look like an SdKfz 222, but it doesn't look like a real one, even if it's hard to tell from such a poor picture. Since the Pz I is repro, I assume this one is a repro too.
