Militracks Overloon
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

There are not that many around of these
There will be also a Maultier wich is not on the list yet

the Panther at Overloon was apparently repainted sometime between 2012 and now :


wonder why, as there was no real need to do so.

I wonder where they got the double Balkenkreuz idea from? I've never seen a photo of any Wermacht vehicle with that on.
Surely there are enough Panther roadwheels around, to get the missing ones replaced.

The idea with the double Balkenkreuz comes from a picture just after the battle from the same Panther at Overloon.

The maybach engine is from the museum but it is empty and rotten inside.so not for use.

The Ford Maultier and these 2 Sdkfz 7 where new vehicle's at the show
In total there where 5 big German halftrack's present
- 1x Sdkfz 6
- 4x Sdkfz 7
