I would assume either National Guard or Marine Corp M1? Not many state side active Army unit tanks are OD in color. Ft Stewart, Ft Hood, and Ft Irwin, are all tan in color. Maybe an M1 shipped from Europe?

This is a National Guard tank. They are sending 14 of them into storage at Sierra Army Depot. They belonged to the 116th Cavalry Brigade and were shipped from Boise, Idaho.

Slightly OT, but I saw a tractor/trailer like that on the interstate not long ago. Must have been the civilian version, since it had some kind of industrial machinery on it, but it was real impressive.

I got home and searched for one like it on the internet, but found nothing close. Anyone know a keyword or generic term for such heavy lift trailers?

Any truck driver that had to back up with one of those would probably curse the day he received his CDL! Shocked
