The FSX equivalent of the great Victoria Harbor / Vancouver scenery by Don Grovestine, Jon Patch and Holger Sandmann has hit the download library over at flightsim.com. Just like the FS9 version, MAJOR GOOD stuff here and (unlike the FS9 version) doesn't seem to have such a major huge impact on frame rates!

It's a major download tho, 2 files, filenames are vicenh7a.zip and vicenh7b.zip in the FSX scenery section (or new files section). Good news is, after you unzip both download files into the same place, you have a nice lil' self-installer that makes setup painless and fast.

Covers the Victoria, Canada Area, including the Southern Gulf Islands and the San Juan Islands....

Also comes with this very cool "Configurator" tool.....

Provides AI floatplane traffic and other neat things....

Some interesting new airfields and strips, one of which is on a major slope.....

...GREAT-looking new scenery, detail islands and coastlines, and nice new textures.....

...and the cool active scenery at Victoria Harbor is still there including the cruise ship with the "extra" beautiful scenery on the top deck....

...I could go on but I think the pix speak for themselves, so I leave you with this...ummm......"Beaver Shot"..... heaven on earth I tell ya!!!!
