That's a new one - the normal M1133 has a different stretcher mount aligned to the left.

Thats not an ambulance, its a medical / surgical support vehicle.

Is that in a Bradley or Stryker?

I know there has been some new Bradley based support vehicles, lately.

Never seen a Stryker with that level of medical equipment. It beyond the Battalion Aid Station level,....perhaps for Field Hospitals?

Dental? Looks like a Stryker judging by the 2 chains for the rear hatch and just a glimpse of the right fuel tank.

Doubtful. There is what appears to be a stereotaxic device or retraction system positioned over the "patients' thorax or abdomen.
