This is an M3A3 Stuart listed by the TACOM Central Registry - most of the World War II era vehicles in the register are long gone, scrapped, moved, sold, etc... This one was originally loaned to American Legion Post 94, 215 S Spruce St - I have not been able to confirm it's location until now with this waymarking.com post. It appears to be at the local "Memorial Park"
