Thanks for the link. I have been seeing pictures of that system mounted on Strykers and some other vehicles. Nice to know that it is passing the development tests.

If systems like that do work out, that is how I understand the 20+Ton FCS vehicles will be able to do the job of today's heavy weights.

There are many suggestions that the bad guys believe this sort of RPG countermeasure is already in use in the Middle East. The bad guys think that the armour on many Coalition vehicles has an electrical field that predetonates RPG fuses. Their counter-counter-measure is to wrap the fuse and warhead in black electrical tape and plastic film. Don't know if its working for them, but anything that gives the good guys an advantage is OK.
