Ft. A.P. Hill tank monuments.
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Was all of that turret bulge thingy at the top just to accommodate the rangefinder or is there something else going on in there?

Modified M41 light tank. 90mm Gun plus range finder is why the turret is raised up. Two modified, not sure if this is the same one I photographed in 1986 at Aberdeen. Rick
