Any ideas where this fort is?
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

hello,

the photo shows a French-built AML-90 armoured car.
If you look there :
http://community.webshots.com/user/zdsm0652
you will see that the album is part of several albums related to a trip in Angola (Luanda) and South Africa (Cape Town).

Here is another album showing similar photos, which proves it is in Angola.

Note that Angola is not listed as an AML-90 armoured car official user, but South Africa is listed as.

It's Fort San Miguel in Luanda, Angola:

Not an AML-90, it's a South African produced Eland-90.
