Lol, I rember seeing something very similar to that with and F-4E when the pilot accidentally jettisoned the centerline fuel tank on take off at a base I was stationed. After the fire was put out from the full tank, and the tank was removed from the runway, the pilot landed, and was escorted to the Wing Commanders office to have about 50 pounds chewed off of his rump.
